By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

• Device-local data — favorites, notification preferences, and display settings are stored only on your device using your operating system's local storage. This data is not transmitted to our servers.
• Diagnostic data — basic crash reports, performance data, and app version, used solely to maintain and improve the App.
• Approximate region — to comply with regional regulations; we do not collect precise GPS location.

We do not collect:

• Contact lists
• Photos or media (except images you voluntarily upload as an administrator)
• Calendar, microphone, or biometric data
• Precise location (GPS)
• Health, financial, or payment information
• Browsing history outside our Services

d. Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from third-party services we use (e.g., affiliate networks, analytics providers, social media platforms) about the performance of our content, links, and campaigns.

• We only post deals that we believe are genuinely worth your attention. Commissions do not dictate which deals we feature.

6. Push Notifications

To receive deal alerts in the App, you must opt in to push notifications. You can:

• Enable or disable notifications at any time in the App's Settings tab
• Disable specific categories (e.g., Run Deals, Freebies, Promo Codes) individually
• Disable notifications from specific stores
• Disable all notifications at the operating system level

Push notification tokens are stored anonymously and are not linked to personal identifiers.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

• To comply with applicable laws, regulations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process
• To enforce our terms of service or other agreements
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of our Company, our users, or others

8. Data Retention

• Push notification tokens are retained while you have the App installed. If you uninstall the App or revoke notification permissions, the token becomes invalid; we periodically purge invalid tokens.
• Deal data and images are retained for up to 45 days, after which they are automatically deleted from our servers.
• Email correspondence is retained as needed to provide support and for our records.
• Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or under the age required by your jurisdiction, where higher).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verified parental consent, we will promptly delete it.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. 11. Notification Controls

You can manage push notifications from within the App at any time:

• Use the Settings tab in the App to toggle deal alerts on or off
• Disable specific categories (Run Deals, Deals, Freebies, Promo Codes, etc.)
• Disable notifications from specific stores
• Disable all notifications at the operating system level via your device's Settings

Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the rest of the App.

12. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, and destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States. By using our Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • ANY DEALS, PRICING, OR SAVINGS INFORMATION POSTED OR REFERENCED
  • EXPIRED, INACCURATE, OR CHANGED OFFERS
  • THIRD-PARTY LINKS, RETAILERS, OR EMBEDDED CONTENT
  • ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cheddar's Deals LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Any content you submit through the Services

16. Third-Party Offers and Deal Accuracy

Cheddar's Deals shares third-party deals and offers as a convenience to our users. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee:

• Prices, discounts, or promotion validity
• Product quality, authenticity, or availability
• Shipping, returns, refunds, or customer service from third-party retailers
• Terms and conditions of any third-party offer

Any transaction you enter into through a third-party link is solely between you and the third-party retailer. We are not a party to that transaction and assume no responsibility for it.

17. App Store and Platform Terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your use is also subject to the applicable platform's terms of service. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this Privacy Policy and have no obligations regarding the App.

18. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you within the App or by other means where appropriate.

Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our Services.
